En quelques années, l’usage quasi universel d’Internet a conduit à la digitalisation de l’économie, phénomène qui constitue une véritable révolution pour les entreprises. En effet, tous les secteurs sont impactés par l’irruption d’Internet. Cette révolution possède deux caractéristiques majeures :
